The Joseph Curtis Sloane Art Library’s collection of more than 100,000 volumes includes books, exhibition catalogs, serials, CD-ROMs, art documentaries and art films, illuminated manuscript facsimiles, artists’ books, and online resources on the art of all periods from prehistoric times to the present, worldwide. The Art Library’s collections are supplemented by UNC-CH’s University Libraries, with holdings of nearly seven million volumes in campus libraries, as well as extensive electronic resources.
