North Carolina Botanical Garden

The North Carolina Botanical Garden (NCBG), part of UNC-Chapel Hill, is a public garden dedicated to celebrating, researching, and protecting southeastern native plants. The main garden, down the hill from campus off of Fordham Boulevard, features carnivorous plants, habitat gardens, and children’s play areas. NCBG stewards over 1,200 additional acres of gardens and natural areas around Chapel Hill, including Coker Arboretum, Battle Park, and Mason Farm Biological Reserve.
