Each year, scholars from across the nation visit Chapel Hill to conduct research using the rare and historical materials at Wilson Special Collections Library. The University Libraries offers a range of fellowships to support this research.

The Wilson Library Research Forum is an informal program where you can hear from fellowship recipients firsthand and learn about their work with items from the special collections.

The October research forum features:

• Modern Day Institutions
  Morgan Paik, Northeastern University

• The Forgotten Solution to America's Immigration Problem: Italians, Distribution Policy, and the South in the Progressive Era
  Lauren Braun-Strumfels, Cedar Crest College
