  members. During the Wellness Exchange\, participants will have the opport
 unity to learn from guest speakers\, laugh with a comedian\, practice well
 ness through art and writing therapy\, move their bodies with yoga and exe
 rcise\, and rest through meditation\, mindfulness\, and reiki. During lunc
 h\, we will hear from NFL Legend Chris Draft and winningest ACC women's ba
 sketball coach Sylvia Hatchell. Participants will choose the sessions they
  wish to attend during the day. Breakfast and lunch will be served.\n\n \n
