Explore multiple aspects of your family enterprise: ownership, family, business, and self – to determine what is working well and where you may need to make changes in the future.
Learn from business school faculty with the goal of applying current research and thought leadership to your own family enterprise. Build relationships with other families.
Leave with tangible next steps and an accountability plan. The Forum will be helpful for owners of family enterprises at every stage of growth. Participants will find it useful to bring multiple family members from more than one generation. Non-family executives will also benefit from this program.
