About this Event
The last Mental Health Seminar of the fall semester takes place on Wednesday 11/15 from 2:30 - 4 pm.
Join Jane Cooley Fruehwirth, Ph.D., professor in empirical microeconomics at UNC-Chapel Hill, in an exploration of the complexities of mental health during periods of transition. From embarking on new academic pursuits to navigating shifts in identity and life phases, this session delves into the challenges posed by change. Fruehwirth will offer insights gleaned from her team’s research on COVID-19’s mental health impacts on college students and share effective strategies to foster resilience and well-being even during tumultuous times. Embark on this collective journey toward better mental well-being regardless of where life’s transitions may find you.
Open to everyone at UNC-Chapel Hill. CLE credit will be provided for students. Register at go.unc.edu/navigate-change.
