 e session will blend research-backed insights with hands-on approaches des
 igned to boost focus\, manage stress\, and restore energy. Dr. Giscombé w
 ill highlight how art and contemplative practices are being integrated int
 o healthcare\, education\, and community settings using culturally relevan
 t approaches. You’ll leave with strategies for yourself and your communi
 ty as well as resources for continued practice.\n\nThe Mental Health Semin
 ar series offers students\, graduate students\, post-doctoral fellows\, fa
 culty\, and staff insight into the research and practice of mental health.
  They create a space for learning\, reflection and discussion. The overall
  goal of the seminars is to empower campus community members to help influ
 ence the culture of mental health and well-being. Campus Life Experience c
 redit will be provided to undergraduate students who attend the each semin
