The POP Lab is a drop-in workspace where UNC faculty and staff can make progress with support from digital accessibility consultants. Bring your documents, course materials, websites, reports, or questions, and work at your own pace. Come by for a few minutes or stay for the full session to ask questions, explore tools, solve problems and make meaningful progress toward expanding access.

Progress Over Perfection

Progress means recognizing common barriers in the platforms you use and taking small steps to reduce them. It’s choosing web formats over PDFs, applying table headers, checking color contrast and collaborating on accessible templates so everyone can start from a strong foundation. Digital accessibility depends on steady, intentional progress, not perfection, to expand access for all.
