Join us for an engaging event presented in partnership with Robinhood Money Drills, Kenan-Flagler Business School, the UNC Institute for Sport Science, and the Carolina Financial Well-Being Center. This session will highlight the importance of building financial skills both in and out of the classroom, with an interactive activity designed to bring real-world money decisions to life. Participants will also learn about the value of BUSI 286: Personal Finance, a course that provides practical knowledge in budgeting, credit, investing, and financial planning. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn a continued learning credit while gaining strategies they can apply immediately to their own financial goals.
 

What is Money Drills?
Robinhood Money Drills® is focused on broadening access to financial education so students feel confident in their financial knowledge. Robinhood engages with each school to determine an academic program that meets the needs of the students. While we do focus on student athletes, the courses and programs are available to all students on campus. Helping students graduate with a greater confidence in their ability to make and manage financial decisions is a priority for this program, especially for students who may already be pulled into these conversations because of athletic success.
