Carolina Community Academy is UNC Chapel Hill’s K-2 laboratory school. Bringing the best of what Carolina has to offer, the innovative school also leverages the incredible community in and around Roxboro, NC including local school district partner, Person County Schools. Currently in its fourth year, CCA has increased student achievement, deepened family engagement, and broadened access for its students and those within Person County Schools. This is an exciting opportunity to explore the UNC lab school alongside the people who lead the daily work and those who collaborate to make great things happen.
