DESCRIPTION:Join us for a presentation and interactive discussion featuring

a Macon Harrison (Adjunct Professor in PHLP and Health Director of Granvill
e Vance Public Health). Karl will share his experience working as a public
health practice faculty member—with one foot in academia and one foot in a
rural health department—to present a case study for how academic partnershi
ps can work with local government agencies\, outlining the origins of the p
artnership\, the added value for both members of the partnership\, and futu
