 display in our Herb Garden honors the contributions of members of the Afri
 can Diaspora to our state’s agriculture\, food\, technology\, and medici
 ne traditions.\n\n \n\nJoin us as we celebrate this space and remember Jos
 ie Walker\, NCBG Foundation board member who was instrumental in the devel
 opment of this project.\n\n \n\nWe’ll hear from a panel including Derek 
 Haynes and Dr. Cynthia Greenlee about the history and impact African Ameri
 can communities have had on farming in our area.\n\n \n\nLight refreshment
 s will be provided\, and we’ll have packs of heirloom collard seeds coll
