With a capacity of 6,822, Carmichael Arena is home to Carolina’s volleyball, gymnastics, wrestling and women’s basketball teams. The arena includes a Women’s Basketball Museum, as well as tributes to 100+ All-Americans in our 28 varsity sports. This was also the home court for Michael Jordan and the 1982 Carolina men’s national championship basketball team.
